President Muhammad Buhari has advised Nigerians especially industrialists and businessmen to embrace the use of modern technology in order to increase the efforts of governments to solve the problems facing industrial development in the country.
Buhari gave this advice on Tuesday when he was speaking at the unveiling of the tallest flag in Africa which is 50.3 meters at Malam Alu’s farm in Birnin Kudu local government in Jigawa state.
He said, modern technology has facilitated everything that can be used to solve many of the problems that Nigeria is facing, especially in the agricultural sector to ensure abundant food production and industrial development in the country.
“I am satisfied with the solar systems that I have seen all over the farms. This proves that we can use technology effectively to solve many economic, social and infrastructural problems in Nigeria.”
