Our client is an African leading boutique fitness company and is seeking to recruit the position of a Front of House Person who will be the face of the business and oversee, manage and establish relations between the company as well as its customers
Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer service to every person to help establish trust and loyalty to our brand
- You should be adamant about getting to know every person by name and performing a random act of kindness.
- Stay focused throughout the day to get the job done and understand everything we know about our brand to provide unforgettable experiences based on confidence
- Fast to solve any issues by responding to them with concern and compassion while remaining confident in your body language, because you recognize how important it is to build an ongoing relationship with your customer.
- Be a good steward of the operation as per the guidelines of the company and work to ensure that the energy bar, the studio products, amenities, and all equipment are tidy, tidy, and maintained
- You should be passionate about your personal growth, and continue to receive training. Be willing to give and receive feedback that can help fuel you and your company’s growth.
- You’ll be the primary point of contact whenever our employees walk through the doors. As the face of the company’, you will have to represent the distinctive, artistic, style, and look organized

- Multitasking, with great communication and ability to organize.
- Making sure that people are energized and have energy before class getting them set at their desks in the class, working in Energy Bar (smoothies and snacks) and processing class reservations and restocking supplies, as well as taking walks through the studio quickly
- Responding to calls and emails and making sure that the house is cleaned every crevice and crevice.
- It is important to prioritize and handle more than one client at a given time while being mindful of the demands of your customers and your personal needs.

Competency/Skill/Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in any field relevant to the subject.
- 1 – 3 years of knowledge in service to customers, in the hospitality sector
- Passionate about wellbeing
- Experienced ability to provide a positive customer experience that helps build trust and create loyalty
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Keep a positive outlook Take initiative, and keep a positive attitude Never be moody
- A well-spoken (excellent grammar and no need for an accent)

- Flexibility to work on a non-traditional schedule, including holidays, weekends early in the mornings, as well as late-night hours (we are a business of hospitality and can be busy during the holidays)
