Our client is an African leading boutique fitness company and is seeking to recruit the position of a Front of House Person who will be the face of the business and oversee, manage and establish relations between the company as well as its customers

Responsibilities

Offer excellent customer service to every person to help establish trust and loyalty to our brand

Be a good steward of the operation as per the guidelines of the company and work to ensure that the energy bar, the studio products, amenities, and all equipment are tidy, tidy, and maintained

Competency/Skill/Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in any field relevant to the subject.
1 – 3 years of knowledge in service to customers, in the hospitality sector
Passionate about wellbeing

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
